Never any issues. Bikes are in good condition, delivered promptly, picked up at the end of your rental period and the staff is always polite, helpful and friendly. We have used the Beach Bike Rental three times now and love them.
Good bikes & great customer service. We were provided a map of the state park and she even marked on the map some tips, i.e. where to look for specific wildlife and where some nice areas to rest and take pictures were. Had a great time & even made about 20 miles.

My son and I rented bikes to ride the Back Country Trail. The rental process was super easy. Everything from bike set up to explanation of trail map only took a few minutes and we were on our way. The rental bikes, Electra Cruiser's, were in perfect condition, easy, and fun to ride. We rode about 15 miles. Lots of interesting and awesome things to check out along the trails.
