The bikes were very well made and easy to use 3 speeds. The rental facility was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything very well so that these over 60ers knew how to operate them. :) The sales clerk also gave us many tips on places to stop along our trip around Orange Beach and the Gulf State Park.

Very convenient location. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, believe the gentleman's name was Gilmore. Bicycles were safe, well maintained and very comfortable for our trail riding. Will definitely recommend and we will definitely return our next visit!

The gentlemen who helped us was great and helped us with the map around the trail. As for the bike, we got a tandem bike and it was awesome!!! We would recommend this place to anyone, prices are fair for a days worth and the trails were amazing as well! Had no idea how fun it is to get lost in nature, what we thought would be 2 or 3 mike ride turned into 14 miles! It was wonderful. Definitely will go back when we visit.

Great location and access to central portion of trails. Easy to ride bikes.

The equipment was well maintained and almost new. Everything went well. Bike paths need new signs, but map was very good.

We rented 2 bikes on 8-6-18 and Ashley helped us. She was super great! We rode through the park and I had trouble with seat adjustment. Also the bike slipped from 1st to 2nd gears and back occasionally by itself. I took it back and she traded it out. No problems and we continued riding. We were staying nearby at Harbor Place so your store was very close. Also this is the second time we have rented bikes from Beach Bike Rentals. We really liked Ashley and we made friends with her easily. She is an asset to your company. Tell her that we wish her and Randy luck in their upcoming marriage!

Service rep was personable and efficient. He got us set up and out the door quickly. Equipment (bikes and child seat) worked great. seats could be a little more padded. This was a short ride and was already starting to feel it. We plan to rent again in November 2018.
