I'm thrilled with the actual product (an adult tricycle) but REALLY thrilled by Joshua the salesperson. I am immunosuppressed and can't go into stores as colds make me very sick and Joshua provided no contact delivery with no hassle after answering many questions for me. I haven't been on a bike for 40 years and Joshua helped me find one i could sadly and have FUN. Thank you!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The e-bikes we rented were in great condition and so much fun to ride in the state park. Never thought we would be able to do 22 miles, but we did and had an amazing time. We would definitely rent there again!!
