it took another bike shop three weeks to tell me that they hadn't "had a chance to look at my biike," In a couple of hours West Point had determined the appropriate replacement part. I was notified promptly when the part arrived. I took the bike in and it was ready the next afternoon. Very professional service!

Totally outstanding service from Tom this past weekend. He diagnosed the issue with the brake on my new FX+2 E-bike. Much better than the sales and service from the Second Avenue store. which was abysmal.
