Definitely! Extremely helpful staff that are always willing to help take care of all my cycling needs like ordering parts, repairs, and gear. Plus, I like how Trek continues to honor CRBC discounts and have the Sunday Welcome Ride at the Fort Myers branch.
It’s Sad, the Fort Myers Cyclery on 41 stopped giving the CRBC discount, told the Minions (CRBC) they can no longer ride their group rides from the store on Mondays and Wednesdays. Plus, and to move the CRBC trailer from their parking lot.
Trek is well known for recognizing our cyclist and Lee county and Collier counties. Keep up the great work and we will continue to do business with Trek.,

I appreciated the knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Jeremy answered all of my technical questions and helped me make a decision between the two models I had selected online. He was very helpful in providing a test ride and sizing the bike. The size and color of bike was not in stock, but he was able to procure the right model from the Trek System. He also helped us take advantage of the holiday sale pricing that originally motivated us to consider purchasing a new bike.
Terry was excellent to work with. This was my third Trek purchase, but Terry's enthusiasm by far made this the greatest experience. I was so saddened at first because the model I wanted wasn't there but then Terry showed me other options and encouraged me to open my mind and see what it had to offer. I'm so glad Terry was able to help me make a choice! He was so pleasant, kind, friendly, and patient with me. He was also very understanding of what I was interested in and looking for in a new bicycle. I appreciate his genuine kindness and good hearted person. There are not a lot of people in Florida like this. I will certainly recommend this specific Trek store to everyone!
