What a great crew at Trek Bikes of Vero Beach! I ordered and purchased a new Trek Domane from this store. I worked with Jacob who was incredibly helpful and courteous. He said the bike would be at their shop in one week from the date of order and it was. There was no pressure whatsoever to make the purchase. Plus, he reassured me after I take delivery, I have 30 days to decide if I want to keep the bike. Several days after I took delivery, the bike went on sale and without any questions or issues they promptly refunded me the difference. As luck would have it, I had a bike/auto accident on my old bike while I was waiting for the new bike to be delivered. They were able to provide an inspection of the bike to decide if it could be repaired. They provided a report and a quote for a replacement bike that I could use for the insurance company. Everyone I have spoken to at this shop has been very helpful and professional.
Excellent service. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I brought my bike in for general maintenance and new tires. Jim told me that they had to order from the outside. The tires were the wrong side and Jim called me immediately, then called when the order came in and service completed.

I visited the Trek store recently due to a flat in my rear tire on my electric bike. When I arrived, I spoke with Jeff, who quickly was able to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it right then and there. He was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Jeff went above and beyond to help me, also fixing a problem with my brakes that were making too much noise and reorganizing some cables that were not correctly strapped to the bike. He filled up both my tires and I was on my way with a fully functioning bike. I will definitely be visiting the Trek store again if I run into any problems with my bike.

He helped me make the best decisions based on my usage and future desires and had very good product in the store to serve my needs. I could see he was very knowledgeable about my model bicycle, even though it’s an older model, and the service he provided made me feel very secure and happy. He also had every answer to my many questions about my bike. He helped me select the appropriate car carrier I came in for and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Thank you Jade!!
