First it’s Trek !! A Great American Bicycle Company !! Knowing its Trek, the mechanics / owner will be able to work and recommend products for not only my bike, but many others. Walking into store, clean and organized, and greeting as you walk in, this all means they want to help you. I felt like I had been there before with great customer service focussed just on my needs. I needed a new saddle and advice, both exceeded my expectations. And I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks for a great experience.
