Brought my bike in with a nail through rear tire. Kristen helped me right away! Left bike for repair. Samir did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond what he had to do to fix tire. I tremendously appreciated it 😃! One footnote though -- when I purchased the bike I also purchased the "Tire Package" which is, in fact a "Tube Package.". It's VERY misleading. The new tire was $70. Rather expensive. The labor was free as was the tube. My consternation re Tire vs Tube was somewhat allayed by Samir's extra care. But you should CALL the package a TUBE package. Far more accurate AND ethical. It's all about TRUST. Thank you.
