You guys have a killer staff. Every time I come in for repairs the team does a great job of explaining to me how the bike works. I’ve been trail riding for a year and it’s such a fun sport (more like dirt surfing haha). It’s nice coming into a shop knowing in this sport I’m the newbie and everyone helping me out, giving me pointers. My riding has for sure improved due to the help from the staff at the shop. Keep up the great work and I will for sure becoming back and spreading the word.

The service and people are great in the Jax Beach store. However, I find that the store lacks a sufficient display of road bikes, such as the Emondas. Also, bike apparel is limited. The store needs more race kits - good brands such as Castelli.

I bough a bike a few days ago and the tire popped on the first ride so I brought my bike in and they replaced the tube for free which was very nice. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and honest about the products they were selling.
