I have purchased two road bikes from bird legs and spent way more money on stuff there than I’d like to admit. That being said the customer experience has always been next level and the staff are all incredibly helpful. Many consumers find treks prices slightly high and they are but you pay into an amazing warranty and customer service. I will continue purchasing bikes from bird legs until the inevitable car being driven by a distracted driver hits me and I can’t bike anymore.
Bird Legs had the right size and configuration in stock so we were able to take the Bike with us immediately. The staff was knowledgeable and listened to what what we wanted and could afford and put my son into the right bike without wasting our time on bikes that we not in our price range or desire. They also did a great job educating us on options for his next bike so when the time comes we will be back at Bird Legs.
