During a routine tune up, the mechanic discovered that the main pedal assembly on my bike had been recalled by the manufacturer. The staff contacted the overseas manufacturer and got a replacement free of charge. This resulted in a significant upgrade to a relatively old bike. In addition, I was kept apprised by the staff on the progress on my bike. Thanks to all the staff for going the extra mile. I would highly recommend Bird Legs to anyone. Thanks

We get very prompt service on bicycle maintenance, and there are many good products in the store as well! I have purchased two TREK bicycles from Bird Legs. I got an excellent fitting with the newest one, and everyone seemed very concerned that all was right with the new bike!

As an avid cyclist 2x Ironman 140.6 and multiple 70.3, I had a very specific mechanical question and request for a part. Not only was the front staff very helpful, but they passed me off to the mechanic who was very helpful and happy to answer my questions and provide me with a part that many local shops do not keep in stock.
