I absolutely love the service I get from Bird Legs. The sales people are so patient and do not hesitate to spend extra time explaining how to change out parts. This visit I went in to purchase not only a bike, but also the Zwift trainer. One of the sales ladies took the time to show me step by step how to change out the Axel in order to use the adapter as well as how to place the bike on the trainer. When I got home I was easily able to complete the process without any trouble.
Purchased a bike for my granddaughter and the staff was very helpful with my purchase and received great service.

The products in stock are top notch. The service department seems to always be open, which is great for people who bike often and can't be without a bicycle for long. The only thing I'd suggest is to price a tune-up low in the low bracket and bump it up the scale as the condition of a bicycle necessitates it.
