Trek quality, friendly sales personnel who answered all my many questions, repair was done timely and the tech recognized an issue from a previous Bird legs repair, honestly reported it to me. I will ride my eleven year old bike until it fails and up grade at Bird legs!
The folks working at Bird Legs make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in. It is cool to see how helpful the staff is with all customers. It is evident it is a happy workplace, with knowledgeable folks. The vibe in the shop makes you want to buy a new bike immediately and go for a ride out in the country roads of Tallahassee. Seriously, I was ready to roll when I departed. What a refreshing experience. Ride on, y'all.
