I didn't get the name of the guy who took care of me but he has a rose tattoo in his left arm. He has great customer service skills and would do anything to treat you like you want to be treated as a customer.

The employees at Bird Legs are all knowledgeable and friendly. They took my 24 year old bicycle and made it ride like new again. That bike is my baby and they respected that. Much appreciated!

I walked in less than a half hour from closing and they repaired my tire right away! Great service! The tech asked me if I wanted a spare tube, and I said no because I would rather return because of the service.
