The staff goes above and beyond - very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.
Matt did a very nice job working with my wife in getting an electric bike. He took his time to explain things.
We also took in two bike for service and tires and tubes. This was accomplished in a few minutes.
I highly recommend Bike Lane in Springfield.

I hadn’t ridden this Cannondale C2000 bike (I have 4 others) for a couple years because it wasn’t shifting. I thought I needed to buy a new LX combo shifter and brake assembly (was told that by another shop) but the team fixed me up in less than 30 mins with a quick lube and tune up for $25. All while social distancing. The only issue is I spied a carbon Trek ebike in the window for only $6700. I might end up trading!
I like everything about what you guys do ! It’s not just the how or what, it’s your why ? You guys are not there to sell it’s to consult and every time I visit your store you guys drop whatever you’re doing to help me. Yesterday, I had a real problem which I couldn’t fix and called up and was told “Come on by”. I was in and out in 20 minutes and will be back again ! Big fan here !

Despite the challenges imposed by pandemic, sales assistants were prompt, courteous, and helpful. Also encouraged us to return if there were any issues with our newly purchased bike.
Shop staff quickly and willingly took care of a drive-by brake job in late March 2020, shortly before the Coronavirus lockdown. Staff were polite, quick workers, and competent. We'll be returning.

Staff is very helpful in recommending the right bike for my purposes, answering my questions clearly, and recommending/providing appropriate accessories as needed. I am very satisfied with the bike I bought. The staff is also careful to enforce important social distancing measures in this time of coronavirus to protect both staff and customers.
The location is genius! Adding a cafe brewery next door is even more genius!!

Even with the precautions being taking by Bike lane during the COVID pandemic I still felt like the staff took the time to listen to my requirements so that I was fitted with the right equipment
Fast, knowledgeable staff, and super friendly. Thanks so much for being open. On Covid: Some of the customers were not following the social distancing rules. For instance, I thought customers came too close to the guy who fixes bikes. He is stuck there, and the customers are hanging over the opening invading his space talking about their rides or bike. The repair staffer was so polite, but I don’t think that’s fair when these customers are not even wearing masks. I appreciate that you are open, because we would really be going crazy without a bike right now.
