Firstly the products that are sold are top quality. The service that was provided on the purchase of my first had me come back for a second time. Even though it had been a few year since I bought my first bike here, I was still remembered.

My day-long bike maintenance class/session in Sutton was excellent top to bottom. I'm sure I'll forget bits and bobs of it, but it was exactly what I was hoping for.
Will and Guy are always friendly and attentive. On this occasion, I needed a replacement front wheel for a Bontrager carbon wheel set recently purchased which was dealt with efficiently via a warranty claim. Wilf was the main point of contact on this occasion and as usual he did a great job of processing the claim, informing once done and then putting the bike back together again.
