Took a little humble on my way to Whitstable from London, so chain overshooting with crunching gears on my beloved Forge (which still got me there though); a couple of days later, I phoned the Pearson service dept who said to bring it in right away which I did in husband's support vehicle, expecting to have to leave it. However, a swift diagnosis of bent hanger and offer to fix it there and then was wonderful news. Chat with Will over a flat white and bike all sorted !

I've always been happy about the service I've got from Forge 1860 (nee Pearson Cycles) over the years. It's one of the reasons I keep going back. There are closer bike shops to where I live, but the extra tiem used to get there is well spent.
