This is the 2nd service carrier out on one of my bikes and I am very pleased with it. The works were carried out all as indicated and I was informed of repairs required as they were discovered. Will and Guys team are very professional and informative explaining everything they did to the bike and letting me know of parts that have a shorter lifespan left in order for me to keep an eye on. Personal service
The customer service is truly outstanding and a world apart from a larger bike shop in Kingston. We ordered and purchased a bike for my wife which we wanted to swap as my wife changed her mind. Pearson had no issues with this at all and did so immediately. Since then any adjustments to hers and mine have been performed quickly and with great professionalism. It is obvious that this company really care about their clients. Thanks very much!
The customer service is second to none having invested in 2 great Pearson Bikes. They do what the say they do once you get one of their bikes, always look after you. Fantastic knowledge of cycling and bikes. Their cycling kit is great as well.
