Went in as a novice rider, looking for a particular model. The salesman was upfront and recommended against the mike I was looking at due to the frame size being too large for my height. They didn't have another model to sell me but they did happen to have something for my wife, assisted her, and the service and transaction couldn't have been smoother.
Build was done on time and Steve and Posh were nice to deal with in store.
