I brought in my 21 year old bike for a tune up. I was greeted with friendliness and honesty. What? my tires do not need replacement? No, they are still okay but your break line is frayed and your rear wheel is bent, let me show you. I love that I did not feel I was sold services that my bike did not require. Steve and Rob are great! Easygoing, helpful, professional—none of the snobbery you might encounter at some other bike shops. My 20 year old bike now looks and rides like new. I highly recommend M&M, and when I am in the market for a new bike, they’ll be my first stop.

Within several hours of leaving M & M Cyclery with my bicycle repaired, I made phone calls to a number of cyclist friends and family to recommend the shop. Safety measures were taken seriously, the owner and employees were welcoming and pleasant, my many questions were answered with patience and knowledge and best of all - my repair was completed within the day. I realize not all repairs can be made that quickly, but I was impressed that because it could be, it was. I loved that I was sent a text when my repair was complete with information on when I could pick it up. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience!
The bike required adjustment with the shifting and chain tension. The repair had been tried before but was not successful. M&M fixed the problem and the bike is riding the best since I bought the bike.
