I believe that they are competent and trustworthy. When I take my bike in for its spring tune-up and they tell me I need this or that, I believe them. Their prices are reasonable and they finish the job in a timely manner. Also, they are great with communications. I got an email and a text letting me know that my bike was ready and earlier than expected. On occasion during the bike season, I have cause to go in for a repair which they do quickly, even on the spot at times. They are friendly, polite, and professional. I always go there for my biking needs.
