Fair, honest & fixed in a timely fashion
The sales person was very knowledgeable about the bike. I also purchased a new bike besides having one of my bikes serviced. The salesperson delivered the bike that evening and gave me a orientation to the new bike. Things have changed so much in 10 years.
Thank you M&M for picking up my bicycle, providing a detailed quote for repairs and maintenance and dropping it off...all within a week. It's like brand new!!!

They have experience and answered all my questions. In addition, the did have some bikes in stock during this difficult time. The best word to describe the people that work there is highly professional. Their shop also takes outstanding covid precautions and monitors how many people can be in the store at one time.
