I took my bike to have it serviced and they did an awesome job .They are very nice and very helpful. They’re not pushy and they always recommend other things that you can do but they’re not pushing you to do it. It’s really nice to go there and talk to them Get service and they’re very polite. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that has a bike. It could be an old one or a new one. They’re awesome.

Jax provides an invaluable service and their employees go above and beyond. They kept the store open past closing so I could pick up my bike after they completed repairs.
Management is excellent and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The shop is well stocked and prices are good. I have purchase every bike and accessories for the last 20 years in this shop and recommend them to all my friends. I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit to JAX. I took my bike in for a tire repair for which I had previously purchased JAX flat tire coverage. The service was provided quickly, courteously, and free of charge per JAX coverage policy. The service provider was quick to offer me assistance in loading my bike back into my car and was very friendly throughout the entire experience. I saw him interact with other customers with whom he was equally helpful and congenial.

Close to where I live
I needed the brakes on my walker repaired and they did a great job. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I walked in at 5:50pm to repair my front tire on my TREK mountain bike. Closing in 10 minutes he replaced the inner tube, checked tire for nails and remounted. I was out the door by 6:10pm. The price was right and fair.
