The people at Jax Murrieta are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Though they did not have the cycling shoes in stock that I needed, they ordered them for me and received the shipment within a couple days and immediately informed me they had them. The whole experience was seamless and efficient.

I've been going to this Jax shop since about 2014. Though the management Teams have changed, the attention to customer relationships has not.
In the front of the shop, Braxton and Johnny do a fantastic job of getting you into great kit. Both are easy to work with and work with you in a very transparent easygoing manner. 5 stars
In the back of the shop Nick leads the Team and is a great partner for us customers to have. His staff takes great care of our bikes and pat attention to the little details. 5 stars

The customer service is above and beyond. The guys who assisted me were professional and knowledgeable. They took their time to answer all my questions. Ironically, there is another bike shop closer to my house, but I only trust Jax, so the extra drive is more than worth it.
