I've had only two transactions with this company, but that said, I would rate it as excellent. I placed an order but shortly after it was confirmed, I was advised that there was insufficient stock to fill it. My payment was immediately refunded. I later placed a smaller order and it was processed and delivered very quickly. The item was small and, remarkably, it arrived in an appropriately sized small box, unlike AMZ who often ships something the size of a box of crayons in a box that would fit a pair of shoes. I hope to be able to do more business with this small company in the future.
