My twin sister and I ordered e-bikes for IMT and although the first two bikes that came in were the wrong color, IMT was understanding, followed up and took care of us. When the bikes finally came in we were super excited..Jerod took extra time to inservice us and went over all the operational details. Bill spent a lot of time initially teaching us about the different bikes etc.
Jerod and Bill are the best.
