I purchased an electric bike from Idaho Mountain Touring in Boise last year. I had an issue with the fenders early on & then a flat tire. I took my bike to the Meridian store & they fixed them promptly. They were friendly & helpful.
When I took my bike in for a battery check & a rattling fender they gave the bike a complete overhaul. I noticed there was too much movement of my bike driving to the shop. Brian came out to see if I had my bike secured to the rack tight enough. I didn’t.
People there are very helpful and knowledgeable!

Found what I wanted on your website and you shipped it really quickly. However, I am very disappointed that the redshift aerobars that I bought were the last generation, which was NOT made clear when I placed the order. If I had known I could have ordered the correct additional parts but I have since ordered an accessory riser kit only to find it does not fit the older bars. Now I am dealing with the Redshift to sort it out at great delay, and this problem will affect a multiday bike trip I have planned as I will not get the bar fit dialed in and tested in time. Bummer.
The service and the people are top 10. Every down to earth people. I asked a lot of questions and they did force me to buy anything. Note: I did buy a bike and all the stuff to start biking. :)
