What do I like about the product and service? The service I received from Ryan when I brought in my Electra Cruiser for a chain check was impressive. He checked it out and gave me options. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about my bike. I purchased a new seat and a bike dinger. He helped me select the correct bike seat. We were there for over two hours, deciding on the type of bike and accessories that would be best suited for our style of riding. George explained everything we wanted to know about the FX and Dual Sport bikes so well that we had hardly any questions. The questions that we did have he was patient with us and didn’t talk down to us.
Got good recommendation for correct size bike for my granddaughter’s rental. When we came in to pick up the bike, seat was adjusted to fit her. The bikes were in great condition, and the service could not have been better.
Knowledgeable, competent bike shop in town. Always willing to fill up my tires and check that the bike is good to go when I come by. Repairs are made when they say they will be. They're super busy in the summer, but they're up front about that.

I am very grateful for George’s assistance at your shop when we came in. My son was very upset that I was purchasing him a helmet after he fell on a busy street while trying to do a trick with no helmet on and George helped us both calm down, managed to get a helmet on my sons head and my son kept it on for the remainder of our ride. Thank you so much! We just moved to Barrington and will be returning to Lake Zurich for future bike repairs and purchases.
