I've been going to George Garner Cyclery for over 20 years, and they have always provided outstanding service and advice. A few years ago I was doing a bike ride for veteran suicide, 22 km every day for 22 days, when I had a bike problem in the middle of a ride. They immediately took in the bike, repaired it, and got me back on my way to finish that day's ride. That meant a lot.

We liked our old Trek bikes, that we had for years, so we sought out Trek when we started shopping for e-bikes. We went to Garner Cyclery because of its reputation. John and Jim were great help in getting our new Trek e-bikes fitted right for us and giving us tips on safely riding e-bikes. We really appreciated their patience and expertise and highly recommend shopping here.
