The Staff is Nice and Friendly, listens to me, explains what and why they replaced, repaired, fixed what needed to be done and always treat me like a Valued Customer. Their prices are reasonable and they get the work done as soon as they can. I always leave with a smile on my face. I live in Deerfield but won’t trust my bike to another place and happily drive to Northbrook when my bike needs work.

They were extremely friendly and helpful discussing the different models they offered and their capabilities. Quick and easy process and purchased the bike on the spot.
