I think it the salesman that helped me was named Rob, he took the time to get me on the right size bike which was my biggest concern. I hope he made a commission on the sale, he earned it. Walked in thinking i had to leave my bike for service. I was told I could have new chain and rear sprocket in 20 minutes and it was done. I drive 20 miles a day and am very happy I did not have to loose my bike for a number of days.Thank You!
Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. There seemed to be a good selection of quality bikes and accessories (I'm no expert). Deb was the member who helped us select and test bikes, and we eventually purchased bikes we really like.
