The helpful employees are great and so are the bikes.
Your personnel reach out to customers as quickly as they can upon entering your business. You get a quick and accurate assessment of what needs to be done to repair your bike.
Everyone was so nice and helpful! I really appreciated the service with an issue with a couple of bikes and the purchasing of a new one.

I was buying a bike as a gift for my son so he and I could go riding. The interactions with all staff members was nothing but positive. Their product knowledge and attention to details when dealing with customers was superb. They even educated me on the accessories I was looking to purchase for the bike. Shout out to Deb & Steven with whom I had most of my interactions with. Keep up the good work!

The employees who were working on a very busy Sunday afternoon were able to quickly assess and repair my bike when I discovered there was a problem and I stopped at the store on my ride on the towpath. They were friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my bike very quickly. I was very appreciative of their expertise and friendliness.

I am so grateful that Brandon picked up the phone when I called. He is so knowledgeable and just an all around great guy. He found the bike I wanted and got it shipped to the store. When it got there, he tuned it up for me. It is perfect. I love it! I really appreciate all the time and effort Brandon put into helping me. He is definitely an asset to Eddy's Bike Shop. The store is very cool and has a huge inventory, but Brandon is what makes it feel like the town bike shop that you know and trust.
