It is really pretty simple: everyone there is a "bike person". They all know bikes! Stephen in the service department did a great job with diagnosing a problem with my Townie...and fixing it.

Thanks for fixing my flat bike tire right away. I wanted to get an evening ride in with the beautiful September weahter. I alway appreciate Eddy's service department. They are police and efficient and always work to get a biker back to biking!
The tire repair was made while I waited. It took about 10 minutes. The price was fair and the repairman had a sense of humor!
