Great bike selection, awesome customer service
I brought my trike in to be checked over and everyone was so helpful. It was a great experience for someone my age. A Young man helped me get it out of my car and when it was repaired another young man helped me get it back into my car. The cost to have it looked over and repaired was great. Some places wanted to charge me several hundreds of dollars to look at it. Thank all of you at Eddys!

Mike was very helpful in the entire process. He greeted me from the time I walked through the doors to helping me load my new bike into the trunk of my vehicle. Very happy with the bike. One small thing, I had to ask the young man who sold me the bike to hold the door open while I wheeled the bike out. Then, the young man did not offer to help me get the bike in my van.

Knowledgeable technician worked on my bike for an odd repair. I appreciated his thoroughness and confidence in dealing with my issue. Shop looks great and well-stocked.
There was a queue at the maintenance counter. It seemed like there was only one person working it for several minutes eventually another person came to help out. Overall the store wasn't busy so not sure why that bottleneck existed.
my beautiful Trek FX4 came off my rack as we left Delaware and into Pennsylvania...tight, two lane interstate traffic @ about 65 mph...its FIRST bounce was a direct hit to the saddle and on the SECOND bounce, the bike bounced about 10' in the air, and the panniers rack took that hit before landing in the berm. thank God no one following me was injured or worse...the handlebar mirror, saddle, handlebar grips and pannier rack were the collateral damage.
Brought it in to the Stow service department and picked it up yesterday...the new parts and a minor tune up and it's like the day i bought it. Trek product team thought it was an amazing story but the real story is the confidence one should have in these people who take an unfortunate and turn it into absolute joy! Great job, everyone!

First of all the staff-always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile when I bring my bike in for a check to get me in and out quickly.
Also concerned for safety-I had crashed and hit my head and they made sure I left with a new helmet that fit correctly!
Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have parts they know where to find them.

We have been coming to Eddy's for years! And we are never disappointed. They do not try to sell you, they try to inform you to make the best decision for you! I always feel more informed leaving than I did when I arrived and always happy with my purchase! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I took my bike in for a tune-up. Every employee that I talk with was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I was told it would take two weeks for the work on my bike and the bike was ready early. I will be back for my next tune-up.
