I called the bike shop for an emergency service before a bike ride.
They were very friendly and helpful and were able to get my bike in to change the bottom bracket.
When I went to the store, everyone was very friendly and cordial.
They explained everything they needed to do, and even explained possible complications that may need to be addressed with the bottom bracket.
The service staff was unbelievable!
And as for the show room? Wow!!! I felt like a kid in a candy store.
There was a plethora of bikes to look at as well as parts.
I just wish I lived closer or I'd be there weekly.
