Chain Reaction has quite extensive selection (Models and Sizes) of Treks. The store personnel, Becky, is awesome. She knows everything about Trek. And most of all, no pressure, even after spending 1/2 hr getting my test bike ready.
When I'm ready, I'm pretty sure going to purchase my Trek from CR.
Sonia was very helpful and gave me a her time and attention. Great experience overall.

I always to get terrific service at Chain Reaction when I come in. This time, a liquid amber spiky ball pierced my rear tire and created a dangerous bulging hole. Steve found a distributor of my rare tire and had it expertly installed within days. Sonia provided excellent customer service.
