The service is prompt, efficient and very friendly. I would highly recommend this store for both products and service. I’m very happy with my mountain bike purchased last year, the follow up service was excellent with no appointment necessary. I also purchased some biking shorts which are much more comfortable than others that I’ve owned.

I liked that the staff were very knowledgeable. There were lots of kids bikes available and staff allowed my daughter to try the bike out until she got the hang of it. She was frustrated at first but by giving her the time, she was able to figure out how to pedal a bike and now loves riding.

I have dealt with BSP for about 20 years. They have always been friendly and helpful. There's a big demand for bike repair now, but they deal with it as best they can.

BSP North Van has a clean, bright, spacious showroom with lots of bikes on display, making it a pleasure to acquaint yourself with the product you've been reading about online.
