Professionalism and the ability to help.
Unbelievably fast turnaround for warranty replacement. Bike was rebuilt with excellent attention to detail. I emailed photos of problem on their day off, was expecting a response the next day. They sent the warranty claim on their day off, replacement frame shipped two days later. Stellar customer service.
Repairs are complete and well done. Prices are fair.

One of the salesman picked the wrong helmet from stock. Handed it to the guy at register who proceeded to start check out when all he was supposed to do was to check stock for a different color. Finally the second salesman went back and finally found one in the stock room.
You guys can’t even correctly size a person for a road bike.
The shop is very clean and modern, but part options are limited and services are expensive. I was quoted $45 for a hydraulic brake bleed. A-la-carte service options are great, if reasonable priced. Their bike selection and prices were good, however.

The customer service is professional. The technicians don’t talk down to you regardless of your experience level. The techs are willing to work with you to get you back or keep you on the road.
Sales personnel are responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good variety of bikes to choose from. The specific model I wanted was not in stock but was delivered and ready for pick up within a week.

I have never been to this location and walked in to look at road bikes. Ben quickly asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he spent a lot of time patiently asking my newbie road bike questions. I took a bike out for a test ride, and he even came out looking for me to make sure I was OK. He ended up watching me ride to make sure the bike was a good fit for me and recommend adjustments. He seemed very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the time he took to help me and answer my questions. I will definitely return for service and anything else I might need for my biking needs. Thanks Ben!!

Friendly and Helpful. We drop 90 miles because their web site said they had a product in inventory (and they did). Turns out, it wasn't exactly what they wanted but the sales person found us something else which worked perfectly. Thanks!!

Customer service is always excellent above standards. I’ve been to every bike shop in Huntsville and BC is the only one that genuinely cares about their customers. Whether they’re busy or slow I get the same quality customer care every visit. Keep up the good work and please don’t change anything!
