I don’t use any of them. My daughter is on swim lessons and I do lap swimming regularly. The environment is clean and the people (members and staff) are regularly nice.

A lot programs to choose from, and they include weight and cardio, very dynamic. The instructors are well trained. Make the exercise more interesting.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I miss Janet R. who retired from teaching Silver Sneakers ....but I am very pleased to see you have added Ian Forsgren as a yoga teacher. He is a fantastic teacher, one of the best in the city, and I like that there is now a yoga class mid morning during the week. As a retired person, I prefer to do yoga in the morning.
The facility is full of light and the locker rooms are always nice and clean. I also love that saltwater pool.
All around it is perhaps the best YMCA in the area.

I like the Barre and Power classes which I faithfully attend, wish we had a good Zumba instructor, we have a wonderful dance fitness with Nick, just an excellent instructor but we need a really good Zumba person in the am. Holly was the best
