I mainly go to use the exercise room and swim pool - and they work out fine
They are all geared towards making our health and bodies better, especially as we grow older.
Access to the gym for workout I do like the classes that are offered. I especially enjoyed the body and strength training class.

Great fitness room, great outdoor pool,
hummm - the *mens locker room* and showers are pretty unappealing. And the steam room can seem like a big petri dish, - Not deal breakers, but a long ways from LA Fitness and Planet Fitness who also take Silver Sneakers. Still, are friends go to BAY !
All else is very good.
Also It's always nice to see Linn and Liz at the desk, as well as the younger staff. Ooops, another gaff. 'sorry.
Time and instructor
I really only use the fitness center. All of the volunteers and others using the center are so welcoming and helpful. I always feel like I belong. Bravo.
Suggestion: There are never enough treadmills. Would it be possible to get a few more and put them in an empty room (overflow)? Thanks

The kids club -+. The weekday morning staff are top notch with all ages . I feel completely comfortable leaving babies / toddlers with them ( other gyms I worried about my baby s safety)

Love your water aerobics classes. Pool is large, warm water and area is light filled.
The variety of exercise classes, land and water is fantastic. The front desk employees are always so welcoming and it makes you feel loved when they call you by name. Very excited that the H.I.T class came back and hope it continues. When I have participated in the activities at the Sr Center, everyone has been so nice. I do not know where I would be without my Y family❤️
