Taekwondo
We are able to choose our direction of exercise ourselves.
I like the Dance Fitness class a d hope to try the Spin Classes. I also like Kickboxing Cardio Classes
If you need help there are always staff, volunteers and other members willing to help out. It is good for us to meet people from various backgrounds working for a common good.
Exercise center. Lots of machines and lift equipment.
All the programs have qualified and motivating instructors. It all seems like a big group of friends having fun together. I really enjoy the atmosphere.
I use the fitness area 6 days a week.
The different activities and program they have a nice variety and how the Y involved in holidays with display and events
Something for every age group
Great program, The gym is very easy and functional to use in the staff is fantastic.
From my personal viewpoint and other people there, we would all enjoy if you got a hot tub to use after our workouts.

The group water arobics
Great instructors. Melvina for the water classes is wonderful. She’s so inclusive and welcoming to everyone. She really get us going.
Z Mara is another excellent instrument.
The feeling of community with other class mates is so wonderful.

The Powell Crosley YMCA many varied programs. I've been a member since September, 1980 and it has enriched my life.
