People are friendly and I enjoy the water classes. I have seen so much improvement in my arthritis symptoms and made new friends. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging!
I just use the exercise bike and may the pool. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The Lyons branch "Y" is close to my home. My daughter uses the Campbell County "Y", so I sometimes use that branch.
At some point, I would like someone to show me how to use exercise machines for my arms at Lyons Branch
I used to work at the Powell Crosley Branch and also the Campbell County "Y" branch. I taught swimming for all ages and Scuba Diving classes at both branches.

Great Place! We swim laps in morning and Jerome is wonderful.
The only helpful comment that I have is that shower curtains could be
