Good facility, good equipment and fair membership pricing. Thank you.
Love the Group Fitness classes! Especially Body Pump and Body Combat with Amy :-)
Kids Club makes it possible for me to workout as a homeschool mom, so I'm thankful for that as well.
Outside pool.
Yoga class
all excellent
There’s a variety and staff willing to explain or help.
I took the low-impact water exercise class this morning and loved it. Melissa is an excellent instructor and encouraged each of us to do what we're able to do rather than struggle to do what we can't.
I also enjoy the workout room as there are plenty of treadmills, recumbent bikes. ellipticals, etc., for everyone to enjoy.
I'll explore the facility more when I visit again.
We enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer but one thing that could use improvement are the awful uncomfortable hard plastic chairs! 😫Please replace them with something a little better.
Fun to do. Meet lots of friends
Friendly, quick service. Nice amenities.
I like that I can choose many offers at the Y. I can join classes, I can swim or pool walk on my own, I can socialize with other members. I can enjoy the steam and sauna rooms and have privacy in the ladies' locker room. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. The parking lot is clean and there are many parking slots, clearly marked. I like that the Y welcomes everyone and tries very hard to please, but is strict about the rules and procedures. The hours of operation work very well for me and my husband. The outdoor pool has been a real joy this summer. The guards did a great job protecting all those in and around the pool and play areas. I like that life jackets and noodles were available for those that need them. I like that children are tested so their safety is first and foremost. Hooray for the Blue Ash YMCA!
It is very convenient and everyone is very friendly
Meeting new people with the same interests.
We mainly come to swim. I love that the life guards are very well trained and on task when they are on duty. It is obvious they take their job seriously!
Employees are very friendly and all facilitirs are clean
Good way to make friends, stay busy, learn healthy habits.

We just joined. But I think we are gonna enjoy it!
Swimming is all I've been physically able to do. And I love it!
The people you meet in the various classes. Classes are offered at times that are convenient and easy to schedule. Staff members and volunteers are very cordial and helpful.
Great program and employees does a great job at Hillsboro
The programs I am familiar with are a value for many.
I only focus on the ones that I can find benefits in.
I’m very impresse, this time by me coming from planet fitness which I’m still a member looks like the bathroom and the locker room are more cleaner than it was when the last time I was there about a few years ago.
Many options for classes throughout the week
Clean facilities and great staff and leaders
Primarily, I use the fitness center and stretching room. On occasion, I use the pool.
