What do you like about our programs and activities?

I only used the weight lifting equipment and machines. I found the experience to be great with duplicate sets of weights and some machines available. The availability of areas for stretching is very nice compared to some of the Y locations. The front desk staff was quite pleasant when I came in and made sure to wish me a great day as I exited. That was very nice!

Love the silver sneakers classes. I do five every week. Wish there were more bikes and new step machines in the work out area. Too many treadmills!!

The Burlington, Ky. YMCA is a great place to work out. There's lots of equipment to choose from. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

I primarily use the weight machines. I like the environment. Most people are respectful of the rules regarding gym etiquette. It's a nice quiet atmosphere.
