Water aerobics instructor is wonderful, that's the only class I attend at this time.

I joined so I could play Pickleball at the Y. The staff are always so friendly, and the Pickleball players are a nice group.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I absolutely LOVE the Women with Weights class! I've learned so much from Crystal, the instructor. I was intimidated by the gym and workout equipment but her class spends a good bit of time out in that area and she has been great on teaching us how to use the machines. I've gained strength and confidence because of this class. I'm also stronger than ever.

Only have walked so far but looking forward to getting involved in other activities. Very very friendly staff and people who go there

I like that there is a senior center within the Y to provide enrichment activities for older adults.

Nice pool, friendly lifeguards, and a clean functional locker room with working showers! haven't tried out any other activities yet.
