What do you like about your Y experience?

Helpful staff, pleasant co-exercisers, good spread of hours. NOt crazy about the new machines, do not like having to sign into a machine to use it, not interested in having my exercise "monitored"......like phys ed in high school. Which I hated.

Looking forward to taking group classes, and developing a program to increase my strength.

Recommend this Y to anyone.

The people are nice and the atmosphere is always clean, however they need more activites for older female kids.
