Excellent customer services (Arawn - Kendal Lake district). Very understanding and helpfull throughout the entire process of ordering the new bike via cyclesheme. The bike arrived very well packaged. There was a small issue with the bike (manufacturer fault) which was resolved promptly. The best experience I had in many years.

-1 for 9/10 as have bought tyre tubes 3x this year, they blow when pumping the tyre, quality seems to be an issue with current supplier. Otherwise no issues. Will remain a customer.

I placed an online order, and the staff found a minor blemish on the frame. They called me and ask if I would be ok will the blemish being touched up or if I want to wait for another to come in stock. I chose the later and am grateful for the staff checking the bike in detail and giving me the options
