Kid friendly, great after school program and affordable.
great people and facilities
It’s clean, well stocked with exercise equipment, and with many options for activities
We love all the different offerings and the kid care is excellent for our young family. We’re looking at swim lessons for them this summer. Overall it’s a great environment with so many things to do, my only wish was for a sauna!
I love the pool. I use the YMCA to swim and train. It keeps me in shape and it's a way to stay active. The staff are great and helpful as well.
Always clean, cheerful and helpful staff. Nice stationary bikes with internet/tv connection to enjoy or catch up on videos, news, learning health related things on you tube.

Great classes and instructors
Because I love the chair volleyball and wish it was offered more than 2x per week. The staff is very pleasant.
Always great and courteous service. Great work out atmosphere. Amazing group fitness instructors
It has wonderful exercise equipment, pool and gym, The hours are great and it is very clean.
Great YMCA gym and wonderful staff.
The community , and the confidence it brings me and others around me and the fitness teachers that make it worth it . Shout out to Peggy, Jenny , Jessica,Pedro,Candice have been a great blessing for the knowledge and wisdom they provide and they make the YMCA worth what itis much needed in a good foundation of a gym , Very blessed with my last 9 months consistently going it has been a journey but worth it going the YMCA . I want to say I feel northwest has the best Zumba instructors and for amount of money and its helping a good cause . it makes it worth coming to the YMCA for my gym membership.
I recommend the Northwest YMCA because the class instructors are nice, provide a good workout and really care about us. The front door staff are always so welcoming and even recognize when we leave and say things like "Have a nice day" or Thanks for coming". Whenever I need help with my membership, they always work with me on cost. There is plenty of parking, many different types of group classes to choose from and plenty of weights to keep strong and other machines to challenge different fitness levels. I see many fitness trainers hard at work helping people with personal goals. There is a nice size pool too. They have childcare, after-school care, fun activities for kids and children's sports programs too. They occasionally do evening events for families and members like painting or art. Silver Sneakers classes for older folks too. I saw members playing Pickleball in the gym as well. The only reason I don't give a 10 rating is because there is no steam sauna.
A lot to offer for the whole family
Great programs for seniors, friendly & caring staff as well as ‘so much to do’ but can’t get enough
Very good facility excellent exercise equipment. The y also does a very good job maintaining the equipment. The staff is excellent and always willing To help.
I am having a great experience with the cancer program. Debbie is great. I absolutely have improved due to her teaching us & encouraging us.
Great classes and instructors. Please fix the heat/air issues in the group fitness rooms, however. It is too cold in room 2 for yoga many days in both winter and summer
Instructors and staff are extremely kind and compromised to help us.
Friendly atmosphere. Clean with excellent equipment.
Great place to work out and be with community members!
Great place.
Excellent instructor, friendly staff, always clean environment
I had contemplated leaving the YMCA because the cost is very high (which it is). I pay $56 a month and when I look at all the discounts other groups get, it feels pretty bad. I basically subsidize even groups like seniors that have Medicaid paying for their YMCA membership. Without going too deep into it, the high cost was a big concern.
I have looked at other places and even tried Crunch Fitness across the road. Crunch does offer a lot but I decided the Aikido classes I take at the Campo Y and the Zumba class offered by Sonya on Saturdays is preferable. I really enjoy the martial arts and find that a valuable piece of my experience that I would miss a lot if I left the YMCA. Sonya, who teaches Zumba on Saturdays, is an excellent instructor that brings a brilliantly positive energy to each class. That positivity, great workout, and incredible time is something I think I'd be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.
I have been offered a form to fill in financial assistance before, but I don't wish to share my tax information as that is more than I am willing to share of my private life. I have generally had positive experiences with the YMCA and while it isn't perfect, I have decided it's one of the places worth recommending as it is better than many places and the Campo Y in particular has classes that I favor. As a final note, I like that the YMCA asks for feedback and actually reads it.
I enjoy the basketball and pickleball community. The gym is always clean and the staff is so friendly and approachable.
Best YMCA. Love the classes, and the instructors. I love the melting pot of people of all ages and cultures that I encounter at this YMCA. Everyone is kind, helpful, and courteous. The staff is also very helpful.

Excellent facility. The equipment is state of the art and better than other gyms in the area. The facility is well maintained and kept clean.
