It is a great option for a short workout. It has all the important equipment evento though it is a small gym. No space is wasted.
I really enjoy the Silver Sneakers program as it helps my old body keep moving. The instructors and staff at this facility are always helpful and friendly. They always smile and say hello. I would suggest, since silver sneakers is so popular, that you provide more sessions.

I enjoy working out at the Y. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I enjoy having access to the exercise equipment. The trainers are really very helpful and will give time to explain how to use a piece of equipment
The variety of programs and activities for offered for both young and adults. The availability of childcare if needed. And the overall friendliness of the hostess greeting you upon entering the Y and assistant from the staff members.
Everything is great snd the workers are outstanding . It is a good place to be for everyone
