The service is truly a 10 out of 10 if I could rate it higher, I would. Mrs. Saniya is wonderful with my girls and always keeps me informed and in communication about any concerns.
The counselors are very respectful and communicative . My son is always entertained and they always have activities to keep the kids on their toes .
My son has fun and it helps with my work schedule. It would be nice if sports or activities were included in the after school price. Such as karate, soccer, basketball, dance, etc.

Mrs. Saniya is the best !!! Better than the last couple leaders y’all had in charge .. those old leaders all they did was complaining and act more like kids that can’t handle kids instead of acting like trained adults!
The staff is very friendly and caring. My son loves them and their activities. They make sure he has all of his belongings before he comes home’s every afternoon. They are a Wonderful Team!!!

Mr. Rico takes the time to connect and character build with the kids and miss coco is awesome as well she is very polite and cares abut the kids !

I love the atmosphere and facilities. Everything is clean and there are a lot of facilities available. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating.

Very convenient with no outside transport needed
This is my 6 year old daughter’s first year at YMCA after school care. She is always in a happy mood when I pick her up, so I know she’s having fun. The staff is always professional, courteous, and answers the pick-up door quickly and ready to have me sign her out. I never have to wait very long for her to come out, even if she is outside playing.
THE STAFF AND THE GENERAL MANAGER, PAUL, ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO ALL WHO COME THERE. I AM ALWAYS GREETED WHEN I ARRIVE AND THE Y HAS BECOME A SECOND HOME AWAY FROM HOME.

I feel the management is listening to what the members are looking for at the Y. 2nd body pump class added, enlarging Kasey’s circuit class and moving it to the gym, instructors seem willing to sub when an instructor is out.

Areas for improvement:
1) Replace two ceiling fans in spin room with larger ones that push more air. One of them is broken and barely moves on high speed.
2) App could be improved
3) We need a wellness director please. For one of the largest locations it is not acceptable since we've had plenty of time to hire someone. And please pay this person an appropriate salary so they remain on staff for all the work they accomplish.
4) no one is walking the parking lot to pickup trash dumped by inconsiderate individuals.
Lots of programs for all ages. Nice gym and swimming pools.
