I have had my membership with the Y for two months and it was the best decision ever. I have three young kids so taking time for myself to workout has never been easy, but here it’s almost a daily routine. I love the childcare staff, they are so good with my kids and make me feel so comfortable leaving them there while I work out. The trainers have been so friendly, approachable and helpful whenever I have questions. I want to get my kids into swim lessons in the spring and gymnastics in the fall. I love taking my family to the Y.
I love that the equipment room is always so clean and that there is rarely any equipment that is down. I have been a member for years and it wasn't always that way. Whoever is in charge of keeping the equipment and the floors around it at my South Tampa YMCA is doing an awesome job. I do wish that there was another leg press machine that is in the back room. There are always personal trainers with clients on it everyday when I am there in the mornings. I recommend the Y to all of my friends who ask where I go and that complain about their gyms.
