I enjoy my Y because the staff is very friendly, complete building is always clean. And the scheduling of different programs are flexible & convenient. Never have a problem when visiting.
They have everything you could want. It would have Ben nice if they could have put in a walking trail above the gym.

I have taken the enhanced fitness class with LaShaune Hannah for many years now iI swear it has kept me going. I have not fallen in several years. I needed one knee replaced but the other knee feels even better than that one. I was able to walk 10,000 steps one morning going up and down hills in Tallahassee.
I'm 75 years old. I recommend this class to everyone I meet who has trouble with walking and balance. It is a class of friends.

The Y has been an excellent addition to my family, serving as a reliable place for my son to socialize with friends and for my husband to work out. Joining was one of the best decisions I have made. They offer camps, swimming lessons, and a variety of activities for my child to enjoy. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.

1. I like to workout in your pool. The temperature is usually good (not to cold not to warm) I can usually get a lane or share with someone. Lifeguards pay attention. It’s clean.
2. Your gym is big and has lots of equipment.
3. The classes that I’ve done have leaders that know what they’re doing and are enthusiastic.

Nice facility. Very nice swimming pool that I use 4 times a week. The men’s showers could use some improved. The shower water pressure is very low , and in a hot weather there is a sewer smell.

I really like the group exercise sessions.
Its really the employees that make it special. The Stay & Play is a huge help for parents and brings in the "village" aspect even if the parent doesn't have a village. Its that sense of community aspect.
