Member Testimonials
Your organization is supporting a group of senior citizens who like to play bridge and would not be a member of the YMCA for any other reason. The bridge group does not utilize any other activities at the Brandon YMCA. The bridge members represent one of the fastest-growing demographic groups in Brandon and the state of Florida. The YMCA should be actively promoting and advertising that they are a facility supporting the playing of duplicate bridge in Brandon. Active support of duplicate bridge sponsorship is not a well-known YMCA activity that is known to the general residents in Brandon.
Increased bridge advertising by the YMCA could geometrically increase the YMCA's annual membership and revenue. The requirements to run and operate a viable duplicate bridge club require a certain amount of financial support. For example, the YMCA needs to support purchasing playing cards, score sheets, bidding boxes, and other similar items to provide for the growth in membership and players..
You asked for my input, and I would like feedback on my recommendations.

It’s a family friendly place. Instructors and attendees all take time to speak with you. Truely Body Mind and Spirit! The C still exists in the YMCA!

I love the Y . It’s very useful for our community!
Very clean nice staff
Lots of classes, use of the pools, up to date equipment, & friendly staff
Excellent management
Enjoy the classes that Y has to offer along with the Pickleball hours. And they don’t get a 10 because they really need a new gymnasium.
Clean, friendly staff, great variety.
Good program for kids
Great people, great Coach, great Location, amazing Environment.
I love the classes. Your instructors are enthusiastic and encourage us to challenge ourselves. They make exercise so much fun.
Kids are learning skills. I do have a recommendation for the older kids. Maybe we can set up a team for the highly skilled teens and they can have an extra practice during the week. We could do scrimmages with just the highly skilled teens to prepare them for trying out for high school or club teams
Great experience!
Safe fun and uplifting environment!!
Great for the beginner level and familiarization of the sport.
We loved the coaches!! They were knowledgeable, kind and patient. They knew how to engage the kids while also keeping them safe. Coach Colin, Michelle and Raz are amazing! Thanks for making my kids first experience with golf a great one! We'll be back in the fall :)
It's clean and free if unpleasant orders. Staff is always friendly and accommodating to my special needs.
