Gym itself is so efficient and good for even elderly people. Also instructors are very good. As well as front desk staff all are friendly

It is a well organized program with lots of activities. I appreciate that they have lunch options, but I wish there were hot dogs again.

They have a lot of group exercise, and meet ur needs and meet people, especially if you are a senior,
